Vaccinations for yellow fever, typhoid, and hepatitis A are generally recommended. Malaria prophylaxis may also be necessary, depending on the regions you’ll be visiting.

    Jambo Africa acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers such as airlines and hotels. We are not liable for any delays, accidents, or losses caused by these third parties. The terms and conditions of these providers will apply.

    Booking with us is simple. You can either fill out the booking form in this website or contact us via phone or email. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and help you customise your trip to suit your preferences.

    We accept payments via mobile payments, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cheques. Payment options will be shared once you confirm your booking. We Please note that any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Is there a deposit required when booking a tour?
    Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the type and duration of the tour. We will share the specific details during the booking process.
  • How do I confirm a booking with Jambo Africa?
    To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required unless stated otherwise. Full payment is due 30 days before your tour starts. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at confirmation. A non-refundable 10% deposit is needed for every booking.
  • What’s included or excluded in my tour package?
    Tour inclusions vary based on your package. Typically, accommodation, meals, transportation, and activities listed in your itinerary are included. International flights, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, and tips are excluded unless specified.
  • Are taxes and gratuities included in my package?
    Hotel and airport taxes are included where noted in your package. However, gratuities for guides, drivers, and other staff are not included and are at your discretion.
  • Can I opt out of promotional photos taken during the tour?
    Jambo Africa reserves the right to take promotional photos during tours. If you do not wish to appear in these photos, please notify us before your final payment is made.
